This impressive boutique hotel's designer used 17th-century Lindos mansions for inspiration, as clearly demonstrated in the unique blend of Byzantine, Medieval and Arabic architecture. Dining at Melenos hotel is provided in the relaxed atmosphere of the open-air restaurant, where Mediterranean cuisine is served, using the freshest local ingredients available.
