The Ixian Grand hotel offers 124 rooms. 57 are the Deluxe guestrooms, 64 are the spacious Junior Suites and 3 Estate suites which offer a separate living room. Since the hotel is couple oriented, the guestrooms do not have twin or single beds. If the rooms can accommodate 3 or 4 people then the sofas turn into beds.

The Deluxe rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child and it offers sea view, side sea view or pool/garden view.

The Junior Suites are more spacious and can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years).

The Estate Suites are most recently constructed and their 2 rooms are most elegantly furnished. The Suites have a wonderful sea view.
